Job summary

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We are growing fast and are looking for a commercially minded builder who ships with AI, works directly with Paddy and the founders, and focuses on pipeline and revenue.

You’ll sit in the founders’ office, drive partnerships, events, and innovative growth experiments that convert leads into customers. You’ll be accountable for shipping concrete tools and campaigns, turning ideas into measurable outcomes, and moving

Qualifications

• Minimum of a couple of years in a role that trains you to think fast and rigorously.
• Commercially minded builder who ships and cares about business impact.
• You ship with AI and can show what you've made.
• Analytical and comfortable with numbers and what drives capital movement.
• Strong taste and creative flair for a sophisticated investor/audience.
• Fast-moving, self-directed, prioritising outcomes over activity.
• Credible with investors and able to communicate with seasoned GPs.
• Private markets exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build growth mechanisms using AI to attract syndicate leads and fund managers.
• Develop partnerships with co-investors, syndicate networks, accelerators and fund admins.
• Plan and execute events like pitch nights and founder dinners to drive customer acquisition.
• Create referrals and repeat business mechanisms from existing customers.
• Own special projects for the founders, turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
