Odin, based in London, is seeking a Founding Growth Lead to design and scale a full growth engine for a private markets platform. The role centers on building repeatable growth loops,-driving high-quality MQLs, and exploring product-led growth strategies.

You will work closely with founders and product teams to accelerate scalable revenue generation. This founding role demands ownership, strategic thinking, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
