Job summary

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. The team seeks a commercially minded builder who ships growth mechanisms, partnerships, and events to drive leads and deals. You’ll work directly with the co-founder in a fast, outcomes-focused environment.

You’ll own growth experiments, measure impact, and turn ideas into tangible products with AI, accelerating Odin’s path to thousands of deals per year.

Qualifications

• A few years in a role that trains fast, rigorous thinking.
• Commercial mindset with focus on outputs that move the number.
• Experience building or shipping products with AI.
• Comfort with data and understanding capital movement.
• Familiarity with private markets or VC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build growth mechanisms (lead magnets, tools, campaigns) to attract fund managers.
• Forge partnerships with co-investors, syndicates, accelerators, and fund admins.
• Organize events (Pitch nights, GP-LP mixers, founder dinners) to acquire customers.
• Create referral and repeat business loops from existing customers.
• Own special projects from problem statement to live solution.
