Dex is building an AI-native data foundation to power its marketplace. You will own data modelling and pipelines end-to-end, enabling self-serve access for product, growth, and ops teams and treating agents as primary data consumers.

You will set standards for data quality and instrumentation, turning business questions into robust data models and actionable metrics that drive Dex's growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Built data foundation for a consumer product or marketplace at scale.
• Able to model and pipe data and analyze business signals.
• Able to read existing code and modify data systems.
• Experience with modern analytics stack and cloud data tools.
• Commercial and product minded; cares about the metric.

Responsabilités

• Design and own core data models that everything else depends on.
• Build pipelines to connect systems and ensure data flows reliably.
• Make the data platform self-serve for product, growth, and ops teams.
• Treat agents as first-class data consumers.
