Job summary

Dex is hiring the first dedicated data hire in London to own data models, pipelines, and the data platform powering the business. You will shape the data foundation, ensure data quality, and enable self-serve access for product, growth, and operations teams, including agents across the Dex ecosystem.

This is a foundational role in an AI-native company focused on connecting talent with opportunity, with equity and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Built the data foundation for a consumer product or marketplace at scale.
• Able to model and pipe data and read business signals from it.
• Comfortable reading existing code and making changes in a complex system.

Responsibilities

• Design and own core data models and pipelines across Dex systems.
• Ensure data is captured, structured, and self-serve for product, growth, and ops teams.
• Build and maintain data pipelines so data flows reliably across platforms.
• Set standards for data quality, definitions, and instrumentation.
