Dexory is building its first company-wide data capability and this is its founding hire. You will own the data foundation, model data into clean tables, and define metrics so that AI can query our data safely. You will drive early value with a trusted, single source of truth across customer, site, deployment and contract concepts.

This is a senior, hands-on role with a path to lead the function. Expect a minimum 2 days per week onsite at our Wallingford facility as we establish the team and

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior data/analytics engineer, owning architecture and truth-source decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build the data foundation bringing operational, product, commercial and contractual data into a single queryable layer.
• Embed data security requirements into core architecture and engineering work.
• Use AI automation to join systems and enable self-serve data with context-aware querying.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to expose clean source data and avoid building every pipeline yourself.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions and set engineering standards for the future team.
• Help define, recruit and mentor the data function as the team grows.
