Senior Full-Stack Engineer — AI Data Platform

Job summary

Dex partners with a company building an AI data-integration and analysis platform. You will own the full stack, from React/Next.js frontend to Python services and cloud deployments, delivering features end-to-end.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate closely with founders, product, and design on high-impact work, and help scale the engineering function while upholding security and compliance standards in SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, shipping products end-to-end.
• Proven track record building and running production apps with React and Next.js.
• Strong backend skills in Python (Django or FastAPI) and solid database fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency with background workers and Redis-based queues (Celery/RQ).

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end features across React, Next.js, and Python services.
• Build and optimize background workers and Redis-backed task queues.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure planning (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD strategy.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product, and design on high-impact features.
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape team engineering practices.
