Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver in Heathfield to join a busy warehouse team. You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load/unload deliveries, and help prepare orders for dispatch while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Applicants should have a valid FLT counterbalance certificate, the right to work in the UK, and previous similar role experience. The role offers weekly pay every Friday and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Forklift Driver Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Heathfield | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 10:00 - 20:00

Job Summary:

We are currently working with our client in Heathfield who are looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver required for a busy warehouse environment. Duties will include operating a forklift safely, loading and unloading deliveries, moving and storing stock, preparing orders for dispatch and assisting with general warehouse duties. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valid FLT licence/certification appropriate to Counterbalance.
• Supporting smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
• Moving and storing pallets and stock in designated areas.
• Picking and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Checking incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy or damage.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
• Upholding warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
