Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative in Andover. You will operate a counterbalance forklift, perform warehouse duties, stock checks and help plan deliveries.

This full-time, ongoing temporary role offers regular hours (07:00–17:00) Monday to Friday and a potential path to permanent employment.

1. We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy operation based in Andover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for forklift operations, warehouse duties, stock checking and assisting with the planning and organisation of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Picking and preparing loads ready for dispatch.
• Carrying out stock checks and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Assisting with route planning and delivery organisation.
• Using computer systems to manage and update delivery routes.
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements
