The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a well-established client. This temp to perm role features 4 days on, 4 days off and a pay rate of £13.40 per hour PAYE.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, have forklift driving experience, and a good working knowledge of health and safety procedures. You will work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rota and be ready to commit long-term.

• Previous counterbalance forklift driving experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

• Flexibility to support warehouse operations when required.

Mansioni

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move and transport stock around the warehouse.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Support general warehouse operations.
• Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely.
• Carry out routine vehicle safety checks.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a well-established client.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work, offering a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern and the potential to secure a permanent position.

About the Role

Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and transporting stock around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required
• Supporting general warehouse operations
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
• Carrying out routine vehicle safety checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Working Hours

• 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern
• 06:00 - 18:00
• Temp to perm opportunity

Pay

• £13.40 per hour PAYE
• Weekly PAYE pay
• Holiday pay
