Job summary

STILL Materials Handling around the Cheltenham area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose and repair STILL forklifts and related materials handling equipment.

The role involves travelling to customer sites, performing preventative maintenance, and resolving technical issues to keep equipment running at peak efficiency. You’ll work autonomously within a team and benefit from world-class training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as vehicle/ forklift technicians or plant fitters/technicians.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
• Comfort using IT equipment to place orders and keep records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on STILL equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and essential check-ups.
• Travel to customer locations to service forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high-quality support.
