Job summary

STILL Materials Handling in Cheltenham is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with preventative maintenance to keep fleets operating efficiently.

You will travel to diverse sites across the region, build strong customer relationships, and deliver high-value service. The package includes a company van, training, and opportunities to earn commission through performance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (not essential)
• Comfort using IT equipment for records and orders
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work autonomously and in a team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on STILL equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and essential check-ups on fleet
• Travel to customer locations and provide on-site support
