Job summary

STILL Materials Handling in the Cheltenham area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service STILL forklifts and related equipment across customer sites. You will diagnose and fix technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure peak fleet performance while building strong client relationships.

The role requires hands-on engineering experience, a valid UK driving license, and a proactive, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• Experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers, forklift technicians or plant technicians.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Comfortable working autonomously and in a team.
• Experience with plant equipment or powered access equipment desirable.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to service STILL forklifts and equipment across customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and perform repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure fleet reliability.
