Job summary

STILL Materials Handling Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Derby-area team. You will diagnose faults on STILL forklifts and related equipment at customer sites, performing preventative maintenance and repairs. A full UK driving licence is required, with occasional on-call duties.

The role offers a 39.5-hour week, a company van and fuel card, a 25-day holiday allowance, and a 5% annual bonus, plus access to extensive product training and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering roles.
• Experience with plant equipment or forklifts is a plus.
• IT literate and able to use industry software for records and orders.

Responsibilities

• Find, diagnose and rectify faults on STILL forklifts and related equipment at customer sites.
• Undertake preventative maintenance and schedule servicing.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high service standards.
