Job summary

STILL Materials Handling Ltd in the UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair STILL forklifts and related material handling equipment at customer sites across SR/DH post code areas. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and support a busy service network.

The role requires mechanical or electrical engineering aptitude, a full UK driving licence, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in engineering is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders.
• Good communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Find, diagnose, and rectify faults on STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Undertake preventative maintenance and carry out routine servicing.
• Support a network of service engineers with timely repairs and on-site visits.
• Take pride in work and maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation.
