Job summary

STILL Materials Handling around the Cheltenham area is seeking a Field Service Engineer. You will diagnose faults, perform servicing, and keep our fleet in peak condition.

Travel to customer locations will be part of your role, supporting customers with urgent repairs and preventative maintenance. You will build strong customer relationships, work autonomously yet within a team, and utilise IT tools to place orders and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve equipment faults to keep fleets operating.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Travel to customer sites to service STILL forklifts and related equipment.
• Record work accurately using IT systems.
