Forklift Warehouse Operative - Counterbalance

Department: Distribution & Logistics

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Role Purpose

To support the warehouse by safely and efficiently handling, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining high accuracy and health & safety standards.

Key Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely.
• Carry out basic equipment safety checks and report issues.
Receive, store, and rotate stock correctly.
• Assemble kits and special component orders.
• Prepare dispatch documentation using stock control software.
• Maintain a cleaneca, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support other Konfl. departments and complete ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

You must have an in-date FLT Licence, preferably Counterbalance, but a Reach licence is acceptable.
