We are seeking an experienced professional with:

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, particularly in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, including design, analysis, and architecture planning.
• Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industries.
• Active participation in project execution with strong technical skills.
• Ability to understand clients' business environments and translate requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, suggesting alternatives proactively.
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, and Amster.
• LDAP concepts and experience with directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience with upgrade and migration of ForgeRock components.
• Deployment knowledge in High Availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Web services (SOAP, REST, JSON) and client development experience.
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development, resource configuration, and SDK usage.
• Creating and managing business logic, user journeys, workflows, and policies.
• Integration with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Backup, restore planning, account templates, and integration with systems like AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux.
• Development of IDM components, workflows, forms, and working with application servers.
• Understanding customer scenarios, Java/J2EE, XML, performance testing, and cloud platform knowledge (GCP, GKE, Cloud Functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow).

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel.
