The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years of deep domain and technical expertise in Identity and Access Management, particularly in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, and DS, including designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and supporting medium to large scale customer projects across various industries.
• Playing an active role in project execution and demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Understanding client business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when necessary.

Candidate qualities:

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is mandatory.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills:

• Implementation and support experience with ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Knowledge of LDAP concepts and experience with directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience with upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Deployment experience in high availability environments with clustering.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock components setup, webservices, customization, and extension.
• Integration experience with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Development skills in Java/J2EE, XML, and familiarity with application servers.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially GCP, and related tools like GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, and security certificates.

• CISSP certification is advantageous.
