Responsibilities include:

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Playing an active role in project execution and demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when necessary.

Qualifications and skills include:

Required skills include experience in:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), IDM, AM, DS.
• LDAP concepts and working experience with directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Upgrading and migrating ForgeRock solutions.
• Deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Setting up ForgeRock components such as User store, Provisioning store, admin console, provisioning server.
• Web services (SOAP, Rest, JSON), client development, query invocation.
• Customizing/extending ForgeRock solutions and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development, resource configuration, and SDK usage.
• Creating and managing business logic with identity policies, user journeys.
• Integration with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Backup and restore planning, account templates, and integration with AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux.
• Development of user journeys, workflows, forms, IDM components, and working with application servers.
• Knowledge of JAVA/J2EE, XML, performance testing, and cloud platforms like GCP.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.

Qualifications include:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel.
