Candidate should have 15+ years of experience with IT and 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, and good knowledge of designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

• Implementation and support experience from medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Ability to understand clients' business environments, map requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggest alternatives when required.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), IDM, AM, DS.
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Knowledge of ForgeRock deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock components setup, customization, extension, and integration.
• Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and querying.
• Development of user journeys, workflows, forms, and IDM components.
• Experience with cloud setup (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing.
• GCP knowledge is mandatory.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.
