We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of IT experience, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The role involves designing, analyzing, and planning architecture for IAM solutions.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS).
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience with upgrading and migrating ForgeRock IAM components.
• Knowledge of deployment in high availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Exposure to web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and querying.
• Experience customizing/extending ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Development experience with ForgeRock SDK, connector Xpress/Java connector server, and resource configuration.
• Creating and managing business logic, policies, user journeys, and workflows.
• Integration experience with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Knowledge of backup/restore planning, account templates, and integration with systems like AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux.
• Development of IDM components, workflows, and forms; working with application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere.
• Understanding customer scenarios, requirements, and solution suggestions.
• Strong Java/J2EE, XML skills; performance testing knowledge.
• GCP experience is mandatory, including GKE, Cloud Functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Terraform, GitHub workflows.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols, MTLS, certificates, OAuth.
