Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IAM professional with 15+ years of IT experience and 10-12 years of in-depth domain expertise in Identity and Access Management. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, with experience in design, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and support IAM solutions for medium to large-scale clients across various industries.
2. Actively participate in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understand client business environments, translate requirements into ForgeRock solutions, and suggest alternatives proactively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in IAM implementation and support, especially ForgeRock products.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-facing experience is mandatory.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, including deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST, JSON) and client development.
• Experience customizing and extending ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Development experience with ForgeRock SDK, connector development, and resource configuration.
• Proficiency in integrating ForgeRock with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud environments (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, and related technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, and microservices architecture.
