Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 15+ years in IT and 10-12 years in-depth domain and technical knowledge of IAM, particularly with ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The candidate should have strong skills in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and support IAM solutions for medium to large-scale clients across various industries.
2. Actively participate in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understand client business environments and map requirements into ForgeRock solutions, suggesting alternatives proactively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience with high availability deployment, clustering, and component setup of ForgeRock products.
• Proficiency in Webservices (SOAP, REST, JSON), customization, and LDAP schema extension.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock SDK, connector development, and resource configuration.
• Experience with cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform), and integration with backend systems.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing of ForgeRock components.
• Excellent communication skills, customer-facing experience, and willingness to travel.
• GCP knowledge is mandatory; experience with OAuth, MTLS, certificates is preferred.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Open to travel.
