We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of IT experience and 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The role involves designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and support experience for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS).
• Excellent knowledge of LDAP concepts and working experience with directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience with upgrade and migration of ForgeRock components.
• Knowledge of deploying ForgeRock solutions in High Availability environments with clustering.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock components setup, web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), and client development.
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Development experience with ForgeRock SDK, resource configuration, and business logic creation.
• Integration experience with reporting platforms, backend systems, cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Ability to develop backup and restore plans, create account templates, and understand customer scenarios for solutions.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing of ForgeRock components.
• Good communication skills, customer-facing experience, and willingness to travel.
• GCP knowledge is mandatory, along with understanding of LDAP, Active Directory authentication, and security protocols like OAuth.
