As Foodservice Business Development Manager and oven demonstrator for the East of England, you will represent a leading oven manufacturer supplying Deli’s, Gastro Pubs, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Bakeries, Contract Caterers, Retail, and other sectors of the food industry.
This role suits a foodie with experience in front of or back of house in hospitality, along with field-based sales experience in food or FMCG sectors.
You’ll report to the Sales Manager and work with a leading Combi-Oven manufacturer, meeting and consulting with catering equipment dealers and key decision-makers across the food industry while demonstrating products.
Working towards regional sales objectives, action plans, and journey planning, you’ll target new business, promote innovative equipment benefits, provide technical support, and plan training courses for dealers, wholesalers, and end users.
This rapidly growing business aims to triple sales turnover in the next five years, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth, and career progression as they invest in their sales structure.
The main areas for business development include Peterborough, Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridgeshire, Colchester, and Chelmsford; living within these areas is essential.
You’ll be provided with a company vehicle and have autonomy to manage your time to meet territory targets and KPIs. Overnight stays will be required due to the nature of the business.
