Up to £41,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

What you'll be doing:

  1. Scope out, hunt, and seal deals with independent new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with independent players in the local food market using your innate curiosity about all things foodie.
  3. Craft bespoke culinary propositions to help our customers save time and money.
  4. Drive growth by hitting profit targets and being rewarded accordingly.
  5. Onboard new clients with professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager buddy.
  6. Monitor competition and market trends to provide the hottest solutions and insights.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar field sales role is preferred but not essential.
  • A commercial mindset with drive and ambition to make a positive impact on the business by achieving targets.
  • Confident and comfortable being out in the field, with the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • A willingness to learn; our comprehensive induction program will teach you everything you need about our products and business. Foodservice or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
