Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a steady pipeline.
  2. Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity about food trends.
  3. Develop tailored culinary proposals that help our clients save time and money.
  4. Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
  5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
  6. Monitor competition and market trends to provide innovative solutions and insights.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in field sales is preferred but not essential. We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a difference by meeting targets. Confidence in being out on the field is crucial, as the customer is central to your role. We provide comprehensive training on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
