Job Title: Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based - Exeter/ Dorset

Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience + uncapped bonus potential, company car & home-based contract

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, pursue, and secure new independent business opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  2. Build relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your passion for food.
  3. Develop tailored culinary proposals to help our customers save time and money.
  4. Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
  5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and solutions aligned with our offerings.
  7. Achieve market share and sales goals effectively.

Candidate Profile:

While experience in field sales or food service/hospitality is advantageous, it is not essential. We value candidates with a commercial mindset, drive, and ambition to meet targets. Confidence in field-based work and a customer-centric approach are crucial. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
