Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation across the Foodhall, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong commercial delivery, excellent product availability and food quality.
• Support the Store Manager to deliver the retail plan and drive performance across sales, profit, standards, compliance and people.
• Step up to run the full store when required, maintaining energy, pace and focus.
