Bell Recruitment is recruiting a Store Manager to support the General Manager in the overall operational leadership of a busy Moy store in Northern Ireland, ensuring strong standards, accountability, customer service and commercial performance.

You will lead daily operations, labour deployment, foodhall leadership, and drive KPI targets while maintaining high food safety, hygiene and compliance across all departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a Store Manager or equivalent role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing sales, labour, waste and operational KPIs.
• Experience supervising supervisors, team leaders or management-level staff.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Food safety knowledge or qualification is desirable.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and deputise for the General Manager.
• Drive sales, labour, waste and KPI targets; monitor and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance across all departments.
• Develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
