Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a dynamic colleague to lead the fill operation on the sales floor, ensuring the store is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and you may step in when the Colleague Manager is absent.

You will drive productivity, maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store, model exceptional customer service and M&S behaviours, and may be called to support nearby stores or act as a key holder during opening and closing tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in leading retail floor operations.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Ability to coach and motivate colleagues.
Aptitude for coordinating resources and store processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade.
Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill and in manager absence.
Model One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store openings.
Allocate resources to ensure quick payment experiences for customers.
Ensure daily processes are implemented efficiently across the area of the store.
Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and inclusivity, and model M&S behaviours.
Support nearby stores if needed and act as a key holder for opening/closing tasks.
