Job summary

BOOSTER JUICE is seeking a dedicated kitchen supervisor to join our team in Canada. You will oversee staff who prepare and portion meals, ensure standard of food quality, and manage schedules, inventories, and daily reporting. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and ability to work at the physical location.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required.
• Work must be performed at the physical location; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish work schedules.
