Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards and delegate tasks to maintain a productive team.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to meet Pink Standard food & bar safety principles and report issues.
• Juicer Training: Deliver planned training following the Knowledge-Training-Practice-Validation mantra.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience and handle feedback professionally.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor shifts for daily targets and sales performance, including deliveries and reporting.
