atis is seeking an experienced and driven Back of House Supervisor to lead our kitchen operations in Greater London. You will own standards, team performance and food quality, guiding the team from the front in a high-volume environment.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold food safety, manage waste and stock, and collaborate with front of house to ensure a seamless service. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive culture.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume professional kitchen.
• Ability to lead by example and drive performance while maintaining quality.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene standards, and waste reduction.

Responsabilidades

• Run and organise kitchen operations across prep and service, keeping standards high and waste low.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team, stay calm when service is busy.
• Coach team members, identify gaps and develop skills.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation across shifts.
• Own food safety and hygiene, enforce standards with the team.
• Coordinate with front of house for smooth service.
• Be the go-to person, leading by example.
• Support Kitchen Manager with stock taking, stock control and ordering.
