Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a dedicated Food Service Assistant to join our team at CAFRE Greenmount, Antrim. You will help with the preparation, service and sale of food and beverages, ensuring warm customer service and efficient operation throughout shifts.

This role runs 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, with benefits including a company pension, employee assistance program and paid leave pro rata.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, service and sale of food and beverages.
• Prepare service counter with correct containers and utensils.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Work as part of the team to ensure timely service.
• Carry out cleaning duties and keep areas tidy.
• Handle cash and financial transactions.
• Assist with setting up catering areas and furniture.
• Report any equipment or safety issues.
