Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Food Service Assistant for our unit at CAFRE, Enniskillen. Join a world leading facilities management team and contribute to high-quality catering services.

Role involves food prep, service, cash handling and maintaining cleanliness. 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 08:30 to 16:30. 20 days leave, pension and wellbeing support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or catering is preferred.
• Strong customer service and upsell skills.
• Good understanding of HACCP regulations and safety practices.
• Basic food hygiene certificate held by the candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, service and sale of food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and orderly service counter and dining areas.
• Provide high standard customer service and upsell where possible.
• Handle cash duties and balance cash where required.
• Support with setup of catering areas and waste disposal as directed.
• Report equipment or safety issues to the supervisor.
