Arcade Covent Garden is seeking a Food Runner to join our front-of-house team in one of London’s most exciting dining destinations. You’ll deliver food and drinks from kitchen and bar to tables, speak confidently with guests, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

As a Runner, you’ll learn about our diverse food and beverage offerings, work with the kitchen and bar teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams
• Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

About The Role:

We're looking for a Food Runner to join our front-lineteam at one of London’s newest and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.

As a Runner, you willbe responsibleforensuring an excellent guest experience.The successful candidate in this role will:

• Deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to the dining areas
• Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner
• Maintain & update cleaning schedules,recordsand checklists
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices,policiesand procedures
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams
• Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Bring prior experience as a Food/Bar Runner or similar front of house role.
• Have worked in a high-volume restaurant environment similar to ours.
• Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure.
• Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues.
