Job summary

Arcade Covent Garden is seeking a Food Runner to join our front-line team at one of London’s most exciting venues. You will deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to dining areas and communicate confidently with guests in a fast-paced setting.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork and the ability to multitask while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role offers a competitive £13 per hour plus variable troncs and opportunities to cross-train across restaurant areas.

Qualifications

• Bring prior experience as a Food/Bar Runner or similar front of house role.
• Have worked in a high-volume restaurant environment similar to ours.
• Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure.
• Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to the dining areas

• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams

About The Role

We're looking for a Food Runner to join our front-lineteam at one of London’s newest and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.

As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate in this role will:
