Job summary

Arcade Covent Garden is seeking a Food Runner to join our front-of-house team in London. You’ll help deliver food and drinks, engage with guests, and support a fast-paced dining environment known for its vibrant atmosphere and world-class hospitality.

Bring passion for service, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills to help us deliver exceptional guest experiences across our dynamic venues.

Qualifications

• Bring prior experience as a Food/Bar Runner or similar front of house role.
• Have worked in a high-volume restaurant environment similar to ours.
• Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure.
• Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to the dining areas.
• Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures.
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!
