Arcade Covent Garden is seeking a standout Front of House Host to welcome guests and set the vibe from the moment they arrive. You will greet, seat, inform, and engage diners, creating a memorable first impression and buzzing atmosphere in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.

Join an ambitious hospitality brand in central London where cross-training across restaurant operations is encouraged, and guest experience is the priority. Evening and weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a FoH position greeting and seating guests (Essential).
• Outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic.
• Experience with table booking systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable or Tripleseat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for food and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style

About The Role
