The Role

As a Food Quality Supervisor, you will be a key leader focused on maintaining high food standards and quality, inspiring and engaging your team, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Support your team and uphold high standards of food quality and safety
• Manage shift operations, including planning staffing and coaching team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards
• Monitor financial performance, including stock control and labour costs
• Recognize and celebrate team successes

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for supporting team development and maintaining high standards
• Experience in managing food quality and safety standards
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and labour costs
• A proactive approach to team leadership and coaching
