Job Title: Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Requirements

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Willing to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Understanding of food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Ability to celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
