Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with strong food knowledge, and capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and work closely with the team, coaching on the go
• Understands food, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating success with your team and recognizing individual drives and needs
