Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Willing to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Knowledge of food, health and safety standards, and understanding of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Enthusiastic about celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
