As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Understands food, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
