Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe seeks a Team Leader to manage a 10–15 strong team in a fast-moving food production area. You will drive daily tasks, train staff and ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed.

Rotating shifts 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00, paid hourly (£15.00 base, x1.2 on Saturdays). Help drive efficiency, quality and compliance while supporting production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Basic maths and English literacy.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–15 staff in a fast-moving food production area.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Train colleagues to adhere to SOPs and safety standards.
• Supervise safety and wellbeing of the team.
• Ensure correct PPE is used and available for tasks.
• Respond promptly to production orders from FLM.
• Monitor waste and maintain housekeeping standards.
