2 Sisters Food Group in Coupar Angus is seeking a Key Operative (Team Leader) for the AM Shift to oversee the day-to-day running of the production line and supervise staff.
You will work Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm, on a 40-hour week, with a pay rate of £15.17 per hour. Candidates should have experience leading a team and a strong commitment to health, food safety and product quality.

As a Key Operative on the AM Shift at 2 Sisters Food Group, you will: - Oversee the day‑to‑day running of your designated production line - Supervise employees and liaise between departments and management to ensure safe, efficient operations - Maintain strict housekeeping, hygiene standards, and minimise product and material wastage.
Working days and hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm.
Contracted hours: 40 hours per week. Rate of Pay: £15.17 per hour.
