Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking experienced Quality Assurance Officers to join our Scunthorpe technical team. This role focuses on ensuring food safety, quality and compliance across production.

The position runs on a 2-week rotating shift pattern with early and late shifts; pay £14.00 per hour, £16.80 on Saturdays. We offer training and opportunities for career development in a large food manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

• A clear understanding of food safety/hygiene and quality.
• HACCP
• Food Safety Level 3

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record production activities to ensure adherence to specification.
• Verify and record process controls to ensure defined tolerances are followed and act when not.
• Ensure that technical / QA information is observed, recorded and communicated effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and confidence with respect to food safety.
• Collection of samples and swabs
• GMP supervisory checks
• Ensure technical equipment is handled and used properly, including signage and inventory checks
