We're hiring Food Production Operatives in Cullybackey for a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering immediate starts, competitive pay, and full training. No previous experience required.

• Fixed shifts - day or night available
• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern or Monday-Thursday nights
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Free on-site parking

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 days on / 4 days off
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Thursday

Role Overview:

As a Food Production Operative, you'll support daily operations on a high-volume production line. You will:

• Operate machinery and production equipment
• Carry out quality checks and follow product specifications
• Assemble, pack, and label products ready for dispatch
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Complete additional duties as required by your supervisor

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work to targets
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous factory, production, or machine operative experience is beneficial but not essential
• Basic English required (written and verbal) for training and safety purposes
